Be Honest

Honesty is among the six characteristics of a critical thinker, in my new book to be printed soon  in its tenth chapter "CRITICAL THINKING' The book goes by the title "THE POWER OF CHOICE" welcome for comments....!
This is moral uprightness; the quality, condition, or characteristic of being fair, truthful, and morally upright.  As it is in self-awareness you need also to be honesty. You have to recognize emotional impulses, selfish motives, nefarious purposes, or other modes of self-deception. I do understand that for many people it is hard to admit their own mistakes or weakness. It is hard to agree and accept their immoral or wickedness even to their self-being. To be critical thinker you really need to recognize your selfish motives, emotional impulses and other negative modes of self-deception and try to overcome them. How do you overcome them? To be an over-comer of these things you need to focus on the truth and never let your selfishness, emotional impulses and self-deception affect your opinions and decisions. You should always remember that it is only when you know the truth, then you become free. Truth shall always make you free, when you know it.

Dishonesty people are really dangerous. These are the people who can and ready to betray you at any time. They are traitors. Within them are hidden dangers. It is not easy to know them until they harm you. The grace of God is all what will protect you in Jesus’ name. On other hand they are dangerous even to themselves. There is usually no life in them. They know the truth not and therefore they are always in bondage. You might be wondering what I am talking about. In a very simple language is that, they have the spirit of Judas Iscariot.

Once you become dishonesty, you can’t avoid being dishonesty even to yourself. And again the dangers and hazards hidden in you can destroy anybody including you. This is the principle of honesty and dishonesty. “So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.” (Mathew 27:5). He betrayed Jesus and yet he hanged himself. Never play with principles because they always produce their effects whether you are aware of them or not.
